They are experts at the commemorative wall, selecting the employee of the month, organizing social events, celebrating the birthdays of employees, developing press releases when need to do so and are featured by connections or friends in the media, however,that’s all. All this is very good and necessary in the company, but is it good enough to manage the image? No! It’s final and conclusive.
